Losing weight is not as hard as you think it is. I’ve done it. It just takes being conscious of what you eat, and considering alternatives (healthier or simply not eating as much as you are currently).

I’ve got another good tip for staying trim, if you don’t have time for exercise, try incorporating exercise into other activities you have to do anyway. I always bring a textbook or a paper to the gym and read it either on the elliptical machine or on the bikes. You’ll be surprised when you look up from your book and realize you just killed a chapter and 500 calories.
