Public Service Announcement: Changing Phone Numbers
The majority of the audience of my weblog has surely switched from one phone number to another in their lifetime. If you qualify (or will in the future), I would like to stress to you how important it is for you to make sure everything is set to this new number.
- online accounts
- financial accounts
- friends
- acquaintances
- business contacts
- tags on your pets
- business cards
- checks
- utilities
- your housing management
- … everything else
If you don’t, there are many seemingly obvious consequences. You could lose touch with many friends, get into financial trouble, or even lose a pet forever! Please, remember to check that everything is in order when you change your phone number.
Also, if you happen to be Crystal of Orlando (Apopka? Bear Lake Woods, perhaps?), own a dog named Kali (sp?), and used to own the phone number 407-716-6097. TELL EVERYONE YOUR NEW NUMBER, CHANGE OVER ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNTS, AND MAKE NEW TAGS FOR YOUR PETS. Please. It has been more than a year, honestly, get on top of it.
